Marketing: you want to present Jobsvoortechniekers in a continuous and positive way, in the most creative way possible;

Human contact: you enjoy talking to new people every day, curious about their dreams and nightmares;

Commercial: you enjoy negotiating with human resources managers, you know how to hold your own and you always try to get the best out of them. Your inquisitive mind thinks it is great to visit various companies and show them that Jobsvoortechniekers is the recruitment office for their future staff;

Screening: sometimes you feel like Dr. Phil or Judge Judy. You assess people well, and you can ask targeted questions to get to know them better.

Organisational: oh dear, the candidate won't show up for the interview today... You find a way to have the interview again as soon as possible. You then schedule an interview for another candidate, but you know that the candidate will only be able to attend at 3 p.m., because he or she has just worked a morning shift. You get the picture :-).
